Collaborating with innovative design studio Dieter Vander Velpen Architects, Zinc brings its latest collection of outdoor fabrics. Designs include highly textured qualities in rich, unexpected colour combinations ready to perform whatever the weather. Predominantly an upholstery offering of small-scale patterns and semi-plains with a semi-sheer thrown in for good measure, the collection is incredibly versatile, characterful, casual and most importantly practical. Dieter Vander Velpen Architects knowledge of structure and natural materials combined with Zinc’s prowess in soulful, personality packed design creates a unique concoction of fabrics that work as one.

‘We don’t treat indoor and outdoor fabrics separately; they’re a continuation of one another. The colours, the designs, they should all work together. You shouldn’t look at a fabric and think “that’s indoor” or “that’s outdoor”. I think we managed that with this collection, and we hope that people can’t believe these are outdoor qualities.’ Dieter

Specially designed for outdoor use, all fabrics meet the stringent performance requirements with anti-mould, UV and water-resistant finishes, as well as being washable, ensuring longevity and practicality.
